Halloween falls on Saturday, October 31. In the time of COVID-19, should you choose to trick-or-treat, follow all the safety precautions needed to reduce the spread of the virus: where a mask, social distance, and wash/sanitize your hands. Please carry a flashlight as you trick-or-treat in your neighborhoods. Trick-or-treaters should be accompanied by an adult. As usual, the Madison Police Department will be patrolling throughout the community, and ask that everyone try to have activities wrapped up by 8:00 p.m.
