Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Documents - HPC 08-08-2023 137 N First Street COA application

Brief Description - Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the poles for the shade will be unobtrusive and will not damage historic material; 2) the existing doors may be reused but new doors with a utilitarian design are encouraged instead; 3) a 1/1 window replacement will be considered a repair; 4) the window opening may be made blind with shutters or removed and sided over.
