Brief Description - Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the windows will be painted PVC; 2) the existing drive will be cut back from the enclosed carport to a point even with the front walk; 3) the front wall of the enclosed carport will have a window or blind window, design to be approved administratively; 4) the drive will extend to a parking space on the left side of the house.
