Brief Description - Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) porch lighting of similar design without faux candles is approved with final review by staff; 2) the pool will be screened from public view with evergreen shrubbery with a mature height at least 3' reached within three years and/or with an outbuilding constructed within one year.
