Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Documents - HPC 08-09-2022 707 S. Main Street COA application

Brief Description - Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the carport/breezeway railing will be a simple design similar to that of the front porch; 2) the carport will be 24’x 24’; 3) the columns of the rear porch will have a spacing similar to the front porch; 4) the drive will be concrete; 5) the brick will remain unpainted; 6) the driveway markers will not be constructed.
