Brief Description - The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: an inspection of the historic front window sashes to determine the feasibility of their reuse with occur. If it is determined that the sashes are viable, they must be reinstalled on the front wall of the house. If it is determined that the sashes are not viable, the replacement windows must have a three-over-one pattern either using simulated divided lights or true divided lights.
