Brief Description - Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the foundation will be a minimum of 18”; 2) a window will be added on each floor on the right elevation approximately 9’ back from the front of the house; 3) the door and surround design will be reviewed by staff; 4) walks will be concrete to match the drive; 5) a cornice/frieze will be added to the porte cochere; 6) the garage door and exterior lighting will be reviewed by staff; 7) the porch columns will be paired.
