Utility Payment Options

Madison offers the following options for payment of utility bills.

 Mail-In: City Hall Utility Payment 

• Address: P.O. 32, Madison, GA 30650
• Late fees charged after 17th of the month

Log-On: Online Utility Payment 

• Use our online payment system: Bill Pay

Sign-Up: Automatic Bank Draft 

• Complete & submit Debit Authorization Form (PDF)
• Automatically pays from your bank account
• Debits from account on the 17th of the month

Walk-In: City Hall Front Counter 

• Location: 132 North Main Street
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• ONLY place for cash payments

Drop-Off: City Hall Front Door Drop-Box 

• Location: 132 North Main Street
• Hours: 24 hours / 7 days a week

Drive-By: Hancock Street Drop-Box 

• Location: Center of Hancock Street
  (behind the U.S. Post Office)
• Hours: 24 hours / 7 days a week
• GREEN box (blue boxes are for mail)
