Madison Historic District
Currently, the City of Madison has one (1) historic district - the Madison Historic District, as listed in 1974 with its 1990 boundary increase. The historic district is quite expansive and includes the Victorian-era downtown encircled by antebellum, Victorian, and turn-of-the-century neighborhoods.
Bonar Hall, individually listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1972, is a private residence located within the Madison Historic District.
Brief History & Description
Located outside of the historic district, the Wilson-Finney-Land House was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
