Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the depth of the open shed addition will be no more than half the width of the garage (11 ft.); 2) the shed addition will be set back from the front 1 to 2 feet; 3) the trim will be simple; 4) the posts will be smaller than those of the front porch; 5) the roof will be black metal.

The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the metal fencing will be simple horizontal and vertical square stock - no finials, circles, etc.; 2) the split face block of the retaining wall will be gray in color to relate to the adjacent stone foundation of the building; 3) the windows may be low-e but may not be tinted.

The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the windows will be painted PVC; 2) the existing drive will be cut back from the enclosed carport to a point even with the front walk; 3) the front wall of the enclosed carport will have a window or blind window, design to be approved administratively; 4) the drive will extend to a parking space on the left side of the house.

Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the roofs of the outbuildings will not have flared eaves; 2) the window and casings for the reopened rear window will match the adjacent existing windows.

Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) there will be no cupola on the garage; 2) there will be no barn doors on the left elevation at the basement entrance; 3) there may be an awning over the basement entrance similar in design to the awning on the hyphen; 4) the front foundation will not exceed 24”; 5) the foundation on the right side will be a stuccoed pier foundation; 6) if a front railing is required by code it, the design may be staff approved; 7) exterior lighting will be staff approved.

The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the fencing from Walker Circle to the left side of the house will be horizontal board rather than hairpin; 2) the brick coping and columns may be painted; 3) the horizontal board fencing may have wire backing if required by code for the pool; 4) a driveway gate on Walker Circle consistent with the horizontal board fencing will be administratively approved; 5) as the benches and urns are less than permanent no review was required.

The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the windows will be SDL, 2) the siding will be smooth with an exposure of 6” or less; 3) the foundation will be in the same plane as the wall above; 4) there will be no pork chop eaves; 5) the front foundation will have a height of at least 18”; 6) front porch foundation will be articulated below the columns; 7) the front step(s) will be brick; 8)exterior lighting to be reviewed by staff; and the 9) the applicant is encouraged to removed the horizontal board fencing from the front yard.

Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: the drive will run straight along the side of the house, the walk will run from the front steps to the front property line, and there will be a secondary walk to the drive. The final design of the above described paving will be approved by staff.

The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: an inspection of the historic front window sashes to determine the feasibility of their reuse with occur. If it is determined that the sashes are viable, they must be reinstalled on the front wall of the house. If it is determined that the sashes are not viable, the replacement windows must have a three-over-one pattern either using simulated divided lights or true divided lights.
