Approved subject to the following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application: the connecting walk to the public sidewalk will be completed, the new grassed area will be irrigated, the wall color at the drive-thru area will be a color similar to the canopies, color will be confirmed with staff, the light standard at the dumpster enclosure will be less than 20’ in height, dark in color, and shielded (night sky compliant), the dumpster enclosure will have a skim coat and will be painted to match the building, the windows will have a knee wall at the same height as currently on the building, the order station for the drive-thru will have no canopy and will not have the front facing vertical signage shown in the rendering, signage will be approved separately via administrative action.
