Corridor Design Commission COA Applications - CDC 07-25-2023 Amtico Road 037 159 COA application - revised 07-24-2023

Brief Description - Approved. The approval was subject to the following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application: the parking areas will have no more than seven (7) spaces in a row without a tree island and tree; a tree survey will be conducted for the existing vegetation areas along the Amitico Road. Any deficit in the required frontage tree count will be remedied with new trees; the dumpster enclosure design will be reviewed by staff; should clearing occur thereby requiring ground cover, staff will work with the applicant on a grassing plan.
