Brief Description - Approved. The Certificate of Appropriateness was granted subject to the following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application: the proposed landscaping around the entire perimeter of the project will be installed in conjunction with the construction of the first building; if fencing is required around the detention pond, it will be a 6’ high, black vinyl coated, chainlink fence; the irrigation and lighting plans will reviewed by staff; the dumpster enclosure will be constructed as presented at the meeting.
