The Madison Comprehensive Plan was adopted in Feb 2019. This year, Madison is required to complete its 5-Year Update.
Madison is a step ahead because we generally update the Community Agenda (fka: Work Program) periodically - every year or two. Although only three years have elapsed since adoption, Madison is still required to complete the 5-year update by June 30, 2022.
At a minimum, plan updates will address:
1) Needs & Opportunities
2) Character Area Map with descriptions
3) Work Program
